Digital Design & Web Maintenance Lead for Bloom ESG
Since 2024, I have been responsible for the ongoing redesign and layout optimisation of Bloom ESG’s institutional website. I manage the end-to-end maintenance of the platform, ensuring the site remains visually engaging, functional, and aligned with the rapidly evolving ESG sector. My role encompasses everything from content management and structural updates to complex technical troubleshooting within WordPress.
Problem
The ESG sector is highly dynamic, with frequent shifts in regulatory standards and product offerings. The company’s original website struggled to keep pace with these changes, resulting in outdated information and layout limitations that hindered user experience and engagement. Furthermore, technical issues within the WordPress environment occasionally disrupted content delivery, necessitating a more proactive approach to site maintenance and aesthetic consistency.
Solution
I implemented a scalable design strategy that allows for modular updates, ensuring the website can seamlessly adapt to new ESG norms and product launches. I provide continuous technical support, managing regular content uploads and resolving site errors to ensure maximum uptime. By standardising the layout and refining the user interface, I have ensured that the brand’s digital presence remains professional, accessible, and up-to-date, providing a reliable platform for the company’s stakeholders.
