Social Media Strategy & Rebranding: Saveur Café
I manage the social media presence for Saveur, a boutique café currently undergoing a strategic brand repositioning. My role focuses on revitalising the café’s online voice to showcase a new product range and promote the space as a premier venue for private events. This includes end-to-end content production, where I am responsible for both the art direction and the photography used across all social channels. Through this refreshed strategy, I achieved a 200% increase in reach within the first month.
Problem
The café faced a challenge in communicating its evolution to the local market. The existing digital presence failed to reflect the quality of the new menu offerings or the versatility of the physical space for event hosting. Furthermore, the lack of professional, original imagery meant that the brand struggled to visually differentiate itself or effectively entice its target audience to engage with the brand.
Solution
I implemented a refreshed visual and content strategy, anchored by high-quality photography that I directed and captured to showcase the artisanal nature of the new menu and the café's atmosphere. By aligning this new visual identity with targeted messaging focused on event bookings and premium experiences, I successfully re-engaged the community. This combination of cohesive aesthetic direction and data-informed content execution drove a significant uplift in account performance, establishing a stronger, more professional brand presence.
